Respectful Interaction

Treat all members with dignity and respect. Harassment, bullying, exploitation, or hate speech is prohibited.

Identity and Privacy

Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity. Respect privacy; do not share personal information without consent.

Prohibited Financial Activities

Do not solicit or provide money, share credentials or financial information, or engage in scams, fraud, or malicious activity.

Prohibited Content

Do not post illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content, or facilitate unlawful activities.

Language and Communication Standards

Offensive or inappropriate language, including attempts to bypass filters or intent to offend, is prohibited.

Reporting, Moderation, and Enforcement

Report inappropriate content using the in-app feature. All reports are reviewed by a human moderator. Go Rizzy may issue warnings, suspend, terminate, or take legal action as needed.

Go Rizzy balances free expression with safety, applying moderation policies fairly and transparently in compliance with laws and platform requirements.

Violation Detection and Reporting

Violations may be detected by automated systems, user reports, or manual review. False or malicious reports may result in restrictions. All moderation actions are logged.

Enforcement Actions and Penalties

Warning System

Minor first-time violations result in a formal warning, recorded for future reference.

Temporary Restrictions (Bans)

Temporary restrictions (24h or 7d) may be applied for violations. Users are notified and restrictions expire automatically.

Permanent Account Termination

Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent termination and loss of data. Illegal activities may be reported to authorities.

Content-Specific Actions

Individual posts may be removed without account penalties. Repeated violations may escalate to account restrictions.

Scope of Enforcement

Severe violations may result in global restrictions or immediate suspension pending investigation.

Data Retention for Moderation

We perform a monthly compliance check that removes moderation and activity records older than 24 months; records required for legal compliance may be retained longer.

Feedback Collection and Use

Go Rizzy provides an in-app feedback system for suggestions, feature requests, and bug reports. Feedback is voluntary, confidential, used only for product development, and may be retained for planning. Users retain ownership and can request deletion of their feedback data.

Feedback Privacy

Feedback is not shared with third parties. Identification is limited to necessary team members and data is protected with the same security as other user data.

External Administrative Portal Terms and Conditions

The administrative portal is restricted to the authorized developer. Portal access maintains strict confidentiality, keeps credentials secure, and is used only as needed for platform operations and safety.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your account credentials and must notify Go Rizzy of unauthorized access. Only one account per person is allowed.

You are responsible for all content you post and must have rights to share it. Spam, unauthorized promotions, and attempts to gain unauthorized access are prohibited.

Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Go Rizzy permission to use and display your content as needed for platform operation. Go Rizzy will not use your content outside the platform without your consent. The Go Rizzy name, logo, and branding require written permission for use. Go Rizzy and users must mutually respect intellectual property rights. Go Rizzy is trademarked and protected by law. All rights reserved.

Feedback and Suggestion Rights

You retain ownership of feedback and suggestions. By submitting, you grant Go Rizzy permission to use them for app improvement. Feedback is voluntary, does not obligate implementation, and credit will be given when feasible.

Content Display

Posts are displayed sequentially; the app does not amplify specific posts.

Account Termination

You may delete your account or posts at any time. Go Rizzy may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Upon termination, access is revoked and some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as-is without warranties. Go Rizzy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use is at your own risk.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under the laws of Manitoba, Canada. Class action participation is waived.

Modifications to Terms

Go Rizzy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Access requires acceptance of current Terms.

Subscriptions Policy

Go Rizzy does not offer subscriptions or recurring payments. All features and activities are fully transparent.

Financial Features Declaration

Go Rizzy does not include financial features.

Developer Verification

Go Rizzy is built and maintained by a verified App Store developer using secure accounts and meeting all identity and integrity requirements.

PART II: PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how Go Rizzy collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information. We are committed to privacy, transparency, and security. Effective Date: January 15, 2026.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

We collect your email address, email verified status, and unique user ID (via Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication).

We do not import or use your name or profile picture from Google Sign-In. Only names or photos you explicitly set or upload are stored.

User-Generated Content

We collect chat, posts, images, profile information, and feedback you provide.

Technical Information

We do not directly collect device IDs, OS versions, or IP addresses. Google services may collect such information.

Local App Data and Preferences

Preferences, settings, sign-in consent, age verification (16+), UI preferences, cached data, and authentication tokens are stored only on your device.

Usage Analytics

We monitor aggregated app usage. Individual users are not tracked.

Information Not Collected

We do not collect location, financial, health, fitness, contacts, calendar, browsing history, SMS, or MMS data.

Required Permissions

Camera and gallery access are required for posting photos.

Activity Log

We log limited account events (e.g., terms acceptance, report outcomes) for transparency and dispute resolution. Logs include event type, policy version, timestamp, and a brief non-sensitive reason. Full post content is not stored in the Activity Log. The latest terms acceptance is kept until account deletion; other entries are automatically purged after 24 months. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics, Analytics, and Google Play Services. Google services may collect device info, IP addresses, and use cookies. Play Age Signals API verifies users are over 16 years old.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for account management, enabling app features, personalizing experience, communicating updates, analytics, processing feedback, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with trusted providers (Google/Firebase) for app functionality, or as required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in the event of a merger or acquisition.

Data Storage, Security, and Retention

Data is stored on Firebase/Google Cloud. Old posts are deleted regularly. Feedback is stored for product development; aggregated trends may be retained. Do not use Go Rizzy for long-term storage of important information. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access controls and regular security assessments.

Data Subject Requests (DSARs)

To request a copy of your data or request deletion, email widgetdynamics@gmail.com with the account email you used to sign up. We will verify your identity and acknowledge your request within 5 business days. Where automated export is not available, requests will be processed manually and completed within 30 days where possible.

Retention

We perform a monthly compliance check that removes moderation and activity records older than 24 months; records required for legal compliance may be retained longer. Certain system logs (e.g., crash reports) may be retained longer for diagnostic purposes. If you need a specific retention exception reviewed, contact widgetdynamics@gmail.com.

User Rights and Data Control

You can access, update, or delete your data via account settings, in-app features, GoRizzy.com, or email. You may request a copy of your data or clarification of enforcement actions. Contact widgetdynamics@gmail.com for any requests.

Children's Privacy

Users must be at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted. Parents should contact us if they believe their child has provided information.

International Users

Currently Go Rizzy operates only within Canada and the USA.

Cookies and Tracking

Go Rizzy does not create or use its own cookies. Firebase Analytics and other third-party services may use cookies. Adjust device settings to limit tracking.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. You will be notified via email or in-app alert. Continued use after changes means acceptance. The current policy is always accessible in Settings and at GoRizzy.com.

PART III: DATA SAFETY

Data collected by Go Rizzy is used exclusively to enable app functionality

All data collection and sharing practices are fully disclosed

All third-party libraries and SDKs (Firebase, Google Play Services or Apple if iOS) are disclosed

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with trusted service providers (e.g., Google/Firebase) to operate the app, or when required by law.

Malware and Riskware Policy

Go Rizzy maintains compliance with App Store Malware and Riskware Policies.

The app contains no Maskware or Riskware components and does not include code or libraries that mislead users, alter system behavior, or compromise device security.

Go Rizzy’s codebase and dependencies are reviewed regularly to ensure safety and transparency.
